Delivery & Returns - Quick summary:

All neckwear items except Swatches and Clearance are made to order and currently takes 5-7 days to make. Swatches and Clearance items are delivered in 3-4 days. Contact us using the blue chat icon below if you need it sooner.

• Orders placed by 4pm Monday to Friday are usually dispatched the same day (Swatches and Clearance only).
• Standard Delivery to the UK for Swatches only is FREE by 2nd class post and usually arrives in 3-4 working days after dispatch. Faster delivery is available at checkout.
• All other items are delivered for £3.95.
• Delivery to destinations outside the UK is from £9.95, and will be subject to your country's import & customs duties. These are not covered by your shipping cost.

Returns:

Returns are free in the UK. Returns periods range from 30 days to 12 months as follows:

For accessories (ties, cravats, pocket squares etc): Return up to 12 months (365 days) after purchase for exchange or refund. 

For suits, shoes, shirts and other clothing: Return up to 30 days from receipt of order.

IMPORTANT: Items being returned must not have been worn, used or damaged. 

Custom orders eg bridesmaids belts made to specific sizing, items made in fabric you have sent in, are not returnable.

If you're returning an item in the UK, your return can be posted back to us free of charge by requesting a freepost label below. International returns costs are paid by the returner.

Swatches Only: UK Standard Delivery (3-4 working days): 2nd Class delivery in the UK is Free. Most orders placed before 4pm Monday-Friday are despatched the same day by Royal Mail 2nd Class post and usually arrive within 3-4 working days (Mon-Fri) from despatch (subject to Royal Mail). Orders placed on weekends and Bank Holidays are despatched the next working day. BFPO orders should select this option.

Swatches Only: UK 1st Class (2-3 working days): 1st Class delivery in the UK is £2.95. Most orders placed before 4pm Monday-Friday are despatched the same day by Royal Mail 1st Class post and usually arrive within 2-3 working days (Mon-Fri) from despatch (subject to Royal Mail). Orders placed on weekends and Bank Holidays are despatched the next working day. BFPO orders should select this option. 1st Class delivery charges are non-refundable.

All other items (excluding swatches) UK: Wedding ties, suits etc are usually delivered within 2-3 days of dispatch by 1st class or tracked delivery for £3.95.

UK Next Day Delivery (Next Working Day by 1pm) Selected items only: If you require a next day delivery (available Mon-Fri only, excluding Bank Holidays), this is available for £9.95 (for 1pm delivery) by selecting the Next Day Delivery option during checkout. Next Day orders are sent by Royal Mail and delivery charges are non-refundable. Please note that a signature is required on delivery so someone will need to be at the delivery address to receive the parcel. Please note that next day delivery for delivery on a weekday is for UK orders only, and available for orders placed by 4pm Monday to Thursday. Orders placed after 4pm will be despatched the following day. Any Next Day Delivery orders placed by 4pm on Friday will be delivered on Monday unless a Saturday delivery is ordered. Next day Delivery orders placed after 4pm on Fridays, on weekends or bank holidays will only be despatched on the next working day to arrive the day after. Next Day Delivery to remote or outlying areas of Scotland (and Islands) and Channel Islands will take on average 2-3 working days, and will be sent by Royal Mail.  

International Shipping: (Please note that we only ship to countries where we can verify addresses) Additional shipping charges apply to countries outside the UK and are non-refundable. Shipping charges are calculated according to the weight of the item and can be selected when adding items to your shopping cart. Standard Orders are sent by Royal Mail Standard Airmail and usually arrive within 14 days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) from despatch. Express options are available and will be sent by Royal Mail or Courier depending on the option selected. All international deliveries are subject to your country's postal times and customs processing times. Any orders will be subject to your country's import & customs duties. These are not covered by your shipping cost. Please see the Returns section for important information about Returns and delivery charges.

BFPO Orders
We are very happy to deliver to BFPO addresses. These are treated in the same way as UK addresses, except that Next Day or other special services are not available for BFPO orders. Please just select the Royal Mail 1st Class post option, and enter your full BFPO address, your order will be delivered through the BFPO system.
