Delivery

All neckwear items except Swatches and Clearance are made to order - see product pages for current delivery times.

Orders placed by 4pm Monday to Friday are usually dispatched the same day (Swatches and Clearance only).

Standard Delivery to the UK for Swatches is FREE. All other items delivered for £3.95.
Delivery to destinations outside the UK is from £9.95.

Returns:

Return any item (except clearance and custom orders) within 12 months for a refund or exchange as long as it is unused and not damaged in any way. If you're returning an item in the UK, your return can be posted back to us free of charge by requesting a freepost label. International returns costs are paid by the returner.
