How it Works - Making your order

Timings for different products:

Swatches - Usually arrive within 3-4 working days.
Clearance Items - Usually arrive within 3-4 working days.
Ties, Cravats, Bow Ties etc - Most items are made to order, currently 5-7 days to make (see below).

How it works:

Once you've selected your items, we book your order in to the workshop. Here's how it works:

For a large range of products we make to order in our UK Workshop - this is how that works:

1) First we order and prepare the fabric for cutting;

2) We then cut every item using our tailored in-house patterns;

3) Next our expert machinists sew and hand finish every item;

4) Each item then is pressed and prepared for quality checking;

5) Your order is quality checked by our Production Manager;

For some products in our busiest season we have to outsource the production of our products, but we never compromise our standards! For these:

1) First we order and check over the fabric;

2) We send the fabric to our production partner who use our exacting measurements to produce the ties and pocket squares;

3) Once we receive the final products, each item is quality checked to ensure it's as good as we'd make!

4) Your order is quality checked by our Production Manager;

We also have a range of products we source from suppliers. We've worked with these suppliers for many years to ensure the same high quality from them too! 

1) We order in the ties and pocket squares for your order;

2) Every product is checked over thoroughly in the workshop, this is where any alterations can be made if you need!

3) Your order is quality checked by our Production Manager;

At every stage, the order is checked over as many times as possible to ensure the highest standards are met.

We then pack your order in our special wedding packaging and get it ready for collection by Royal Mail.

Finally, your order is dispatched and we send you a email or text to let you know it's on its way :)

The whole process usually takes between 5-7 days (unless we've agreed a different timing), and we'll monitor it all the way to make sure it all goes smoothly.
