I have to say that I was very happy with my experience of using you. I recently learned to tie a bow tie myself (at the tender age of 45) and found your site when looking for a Christmas-themed bow tie for the office party. Completely due to my own mistake, I ordered a pre-tied tie. I placed a second order for a self-tie and returned the original, expecting a refund of the tie but not the postage (which was next day at my own request). But, you refunded both the cost of the tie and the postage. This was very generous, in my view. And I was also impressed with the speed of the turnaround as well as the choices you had on offer. I have never dealt with a company online that have been as helpful as yours, your staff were patient (as I was being indecisive) helpful and very prompt.
I was advised there was a potential 6-7 week lead time on our purchase which was fine and we were very eager to receive them as the colour was a worry for us (our colour scheme is peach- not an easy colour to get right), however they were received last week and are a perfect colour and go perfectly with the suits!
