Great service. ordered one tie on line loved the item when it arrived so I ordered another 2 by telephone and the customer service was brilliant,the ties came the next morning so overall the service and goods are 100%. I will buy from you again.

Thanks for the bow tie (which are impossible to get hold of here) which was exactly what I wanted. Your service has impressed me a lot; to the degree that this is the first return "well done" mail I've ever written. The tie is great quality and arrived on Wednesday morning, having been ordered on Sunday afternoon, by normal post, which was very impressive. You will definitely receive further business from me and probably our postman who, being interested in any package coming from the UK, was fascinated and amazed that it is possible to tie your own bow tie. He now wants lessons.

What a fantastic service! We live in Spain so normally expect a slower service however each order has been received within a week.. now that´s something The quality of the cravats have been superb which is why my husband purchased the 3 for 2 which he received today. Something appeared to go wrong at the point of purchase and it looked as though as I wasn't going to get my "3 for 2" offer. I aborted the purchase and emailed S&S to advise disappointment. They responded very quickly and positively; this was followed by a "let us help you complete your order" email, which worked. I'm very impressed with the assistance I have received. Swagger & Swoon will remain bookmarked!

As someone who works in finance, I wanted a finance related pair of braces- I saw a wonderful pair on S&S and they look excellent. I had ordered a size larger than I wanted but customer services were brilliant and had no problems if I needed to swap them. I tried them on but they fitted fine-excellent product and customer service.

A huge thank you especially to Ashley for such fantastic customer service, the first tie we ordered for my sons wedding did not match my outfit very well, with one phone call Ashley sent out two colour swatches which arrived the next day. One of these was perfect and a replacement was sent out same day along with matching handkerchief, could not ask for more, well done S @ S.

I endlessly searched for men's all sanguine wear Cravats, online and city stores. No joy whatsoever. Only Swagger & Swoon had the material that is so nice and comfortable around the neck. Recently i have been looking for a tie to go with some business suits I have. After looking through local (New Zealand) sites I came across your site Swagger and Swoon. The orchestra sat poised awaiting my baton strokes to begin concert. I pointed to my swagger and swoon bowtie a recent birthday gift, and a smile of appreciation came from all the ensemble. As i stood there resplendent with bowtie cummerband and cufflinks and with all the panache they could muster the musicians knew this was going to be a concert to remember and went on to play with style and verve. I bought the 'Creative Palette' bow tie for my husband who is a Headmaster in a French secondary school (bow ties are extremely rare here!). He loves it and wears it regularly to school to make the kids laugh, and to meetings where it's always a talking point! Our only regret is that you don't sell waistcoats in complementary colours!

Dear Sirs, I am French and my husband finds it hard to find extremely good quality cravats in France. I tried and bought 2 cravats with Swagger and Swon and my husband thanks you very much for the excellent quality of them. They are soft, long lasting, beautiful and the structure is not as stiff as those in France. Moreover your customer service is excellent. We received our parcels in due time and posted in first class Royal mail. Congratulations. And please, keep on showing uncommon pieces of collections( Lego made bow).

I ordered product from the USA on the same day as I placed the order with Swagger & Swoon. Both websites said products were in stock. British order received swiftly and precisely as expected. The American order has still not arrived. I live in Australia. S & S are terrific. I recommend them highly.
