Emergency bow tie supplies flown in for UK
men
A MASSIVE resurgence for bow ties in the UK has seen
current stocks stripped bare – and new emergency
supplies flown in from the USA.

In particular self-tie bow ties are more popular than
ever before, as UK men become more adventurous.
Tie Warehouse’s Gary Baker said: “Apart
from specialist websites like ours, bow ties are very
hard to find in the UK. That’s why we are regularly
importing them from the States to match the strong demand.”
He added: “We’re seeing the increase in
both the fashion range of bow ties and the novelty ones.
I think people are realising they don't have to settle
for dull bow ties but can actually
choose something a little more stylish or with a particular
theme.”
