By joining the Swagger & Swoon Affiliate
Programme you agree to the following terms and
conditions:
1) You agree to the general
terms and conditions of this website and any
future changes to them
2) We will pay you 10% commission on all sales (1-39 Orders) and 15% commission for (40+ orders) this
excludes postage and packaging if this is an
additional charge. For example, if a sale is
£12.00 (with free delivery), you will receive
£1.20. This commision rate may change and
any changes will be announced on this page.
3) The cookie length is currently 90 days, which
means a customer can return to the site within
90 days of first clicking on your affiliate link
and you will still receive the commission. Swagger & Swoon cannot be held responsible if the customer
has chosen to clear or remove or switch off or
refuse to accept cookies, and in such cases it
will not be possible to track the customer's movements
and we will therefore be unable to pay you the
commission in such cases. Any changes to the cookie
length will be announced here.
4) Affiliate tracking and payments are managed
on our behalf by Paid On Results. You will be
paid by Paid On Results according to their terms
and conditions.
5) Returns & Refunds: If a customer requests
a refund, or returns all or part of their order,
the commission for that sale will not be approved,
and will be clawed back if payment has already
been made. Fraud: In the event of a fraudulent
transaction, the commission for that transaction
will not be authorised or will be clawed back
if it has already been paid.
6) You may use Pay Per Click advertising to promote
Swagger & Swoon's products on your own or our site,
but you may not bid on on any brand names or trademarks,
including the phrases "Swagger & Swoon",
"Tie Warehouse", or any makes of
tie. You may however bid on misspellings of the
above phrases. If you are in any doubt, please
contact us first so we can clarify this for you.
7) You are not a partner of Swagger & Swoon, nor
are you to imply that any form of partnership
is in place. You can promote Swagger & Swoon as
an affiliate using the links and text provided,
however if you would prefer something different,
please contact us and we will be happy to assist
you.
8) You are not to spam or send out unsolicited
email or advertise on message boards or forums
or anywhere else where advertising is prohibited
or frowned upon, or anywhere that may sully the
name of Swagger & Swoon. You may make use of Pay-Per-Click
search engine marketing, provided you inform Swagger & Swoon first and only use wording approved
by Swagger & Swoon.
9) Your affiliate account may be terminated without
further discussion if you spam or send unsolicited
emails, for false or misleading advertising, for
promoting Swagger & Swoon on sites deemed unsuitable
(for example porn sites, racial hatred sites),
for abuse of the affiliate system in any way (for
example to falsely generate click-throughs or
sales, or breach of our pay per click policy),
or for any other reason which the owners of Swagger & Swoon consider grounds for termination. In
the event your affiliate account is terminated,
you will receive payment for the commission accrued
so far in the next payment period, provided no
funds are to be witheld as compensation for costs
incurred by Swagger & Swoon in terminating your
account or for any amounts in dispute.
10) Swagger & Swoon, it's owners, managers and
associated companies will not be held liable for
any costs, damages, expenses, loss of income,
loss of affiliate revenue or any other expenses
or claims as a result of the affiliate programme
not correctly tracking affiliate sales or commissions,
or as a result of using this affiliate programme
in any way. Swagger & Swoon does not make any implied
or express warranties as to the security, reliability
or success of this programme or it's software,
or that the website, the affiliate programme or
any associated software or programmes are error-free.
11) These terms and conditions may be changed
at any time and you agree to abide by any changes.
