Swagger & Swoon is an online retailer of fashion accessories for men, women and children.
Based in Kent, our first
online shop was launched in December 2003 with just a handful
of ties and a lot of ambition! Eight years later, our huge range now has a strong focus on fashionable men's and women's accessories, including ties, bow ties, handbags, braces, hairbands, cufflinks, scarves and pashminas. New accessories are added monthly
and the designs available are constantly updated, with
a strong emphasis on hard to find items which are rarely
found in high street shops anymore.
With over 2000 items in stock at any one time, Swagger & Swoon has one of the largest collections of clothing accessories in the UK. Our products have adorned thousands of grooms, best men and pageboys at weddings all around the world, and if you
get a novelty tie for your birthday or Christmas it
may just have come from our stock of over 200 fun designs! Our handbags and hairbands frequently feature in major magazines and newspapers, and our specialist range of ladies ties and cufflinks is unbeaten in style and value.
Our popular products are regularly sent as far afield as the USA
and Australia, and have appeared on Eastenders, The
Friday Night Project, Big Brother, Dancing on Ice and many other popular
TV programmes, as well adorning popstars and celebrities,
and on one occasion a pet dog acting as pageboy at a
wedding!

In December 2011, Swagger & Swoon was awarded for the 3rd time the Shopzilla Circle of Excellence Award for Customer Satisfaction, achieving excellent ratings in areas such as Product Selection, Ease of Finding Products, Likelihood to Shop Again, Product Met Expectations, On-time Delivery, Customer Support and Overall Satisfaction.
In September 2009, Swagger & Swoon received for the second year running the Bizrate Circle of Excellence Award for Best Customer Experience in Clothing and Accessories, based on extensive customer reviews and ratings received over the last year.
In January 2009, Swagger & Swoon was shortlisted for
the prestigious Drapers Etail Awards 2009, as a finalist
in the Best Specialist Etailer category. Drapers describes
this category as: "Great product choice, strong
sales and outstanding service will be expected along
with any additional services and content that demonstrate
this etailer understands its customers’ specialist
needs. "
In
October 2008, Swagger & Swoon was awarded a Platinum Award
in the Clothing and Accessories category at the inaugural
Shopzilla (Bizrate) Circle of Excellence awards, which recognise
online retailers offering the best customer experience
in the UK. Platinum awards are given to those sites
that are the best in their category across seven satisfaction
metrics.
In
September 2005 after less than 2 years of trading, Swagger & Swoon was selected as a finalist in the Best Customer
Service Online and Best Use Of Broadband categories
of the South East Region E-Commerce Awards, recognising
our contribution to customer service and e-commerce
in the UK.
Why Swagger & Swoon?
When our product range outgrew our name in 2009, we needed something that was more indicative of the huge collection of fashion accessories we stock for both men and women. With such stylish accessories on offer, we knew they'd enhance anyone's wardrobe to such an extent it'd make men swagger and women swoon. After all, you can't look this good and not have an effect!
